Our People

We strive to create environments where our guests and staff can flourish. This is especially the case when it comes to our young team members, as we seek to give them the best platform to develop their own hospitality skills. Nearly all of them are members of the communities that are closest to our camps and lodges. They form the heartbeat of what we do and working with Lemala is an opportunity for them to reach their full potential.

Our greater team is made up of versatile professionals who have many years of experience in the hospitality industry in East Africa, Southern Africa and Europe. We love what we do; this is evident in the years that we’ve been together and by the close friendships that we have with one another. We’re a family and we welcome our guests into our extended family. Working with Lemala is more than a job; it’s a shared love and passion of the African wilderness and our desire to help others experience its beauty.
